Shoreditch

 

IMA were instructed by Brookfield to prepare alternative design studies for the redevelopment of existing listed buildings and land to the rear of Shoreditch High Street, London.

Our design studies considered alternative strategies for both office and hotel schemes and were taken to RIBA Stage 2 in order to assess their commercial viability.

Both development options linked the refurbished Victorian properties to a new building and were set in a landscaped courtyard.

The schemes considered the relationship between the existing retained buildings and the proposed adjacent residential developments. The proposals were prepared using developed rights of light models supplied by the client team.
