Curzon Street

37-38 Curzon Street is a Grade II listed building located within the London Borough of Westminster's Mayfair conservation area.

IMA were appointed by the building's owners to prepare a planning application to convert the upper floors to residential use. The building was designed in 1957 by architects Sir John Burnet, Tait and Partners.

The building is framed in steel and reinforced concrete with Portland stone cladding panels. The ribbon glazing is executed in bronze anodised aluminium.

Our proposals sought to convert both first and second floors to residential use.

The floors were divided perpendicularly to Curzon Street forming two separate apartments on each floor.
