Golden Square
IMA were appointed by the client’s agent Savills to undertake the design for a comprehensive refurbishment of 13-14 Golden Square, one of Soho's most prestigious addresses .
Built in 1913, the fabric of the listed building had been well cared for, however the early 20th century interiors were all but lost.
With tall ceilings and large windows to the square and rear lightwell, the client was keen to create a series of floor by floor spaces which would appeal to the many media based companies traditionally found in Soho.
IMA designed the reconfigured reception, remodelled the existing core, WC blocks and CAT A fitout of the office floors.
The ground floor unit was pre-let to New York based office specialists Breather, with the existing upper floor tenant taking occupancy after construction was finished.
