1 Christchurch Way

Originally designed by local architects, Scott Brownrigg and Turner, I Christchurch Way, Woking was completely refurbished in 2011-2012 to provide 27,000 Sq Ft of Category A office space. IMA were asked by CBRE to refurbish the building on behalf of their clients.

The building was stripped back to its concrete frame and all internal elements were replaced. Bespoke joinery including a new reception desk were all designed by IMA.

The original curtain walling was refurbished and refinished. Both East and South façades were wrapped in new extruded aluminium louvres which were uplit in the evenings and set in a new landscape designed by del Buono Gazerwitz.
