Chiswell Street

IMA were asked by The Monster Beverage Company to develop a scheme for the refurbishment of 24 Chiswell Street, a 1990 office with multiple tenancies and ground floor retail. The building is located adjacent to the Honourable Artillery Grounds in the City of London on the corner of Bunhill Fields and Chiswell Street.

Our scheme involved stripping the original interiors back to shell while retaining and refurbishing part of the cladding and windows to improve their performance.

The office interiors included new wall cladding, ceiling coffers, LED office lighting and air conditioning.

The office bathrooms and lift lobbies were completely refurbished at all levels.

The original raised reception was demolished to create a new street level entrance and the existing ground floor glazing replaced with internally illuminated glass panels
