Union Street

IMA were appointed by CLI Dartriver to refurbish Union Street, a listed building in the Southwark conservation area.

The building was originally designed as an envelope manufacturing and wholesale premises.

The original gazed brick interiors remain togetherwith the Victorian sash windows.

The works include a sympathetic remodelling of the reception and upper office floors with an opportunity to create a modern

extension to the Ewer Street Façade.

Works begin on site in early 2024.
